The weather cooperated this time to provide ideal conditions for the 9 participants and 4 dogs. The path took us through quiet and scenic woodland as we walked at a leisurely pace chatting along the way. It was pleasantly cool under the trees before the only uphill stretch in the sun.
Sonia, a fellow AIKB member realising we would be passing her house invited us in for cold drinks and a chance to sit in her lovely shaded garden, thank you!
We then took a small path from Pempoull Daniel to the canal towpath and back to the car park. It was a most enjoyable afternoon.
