The AIKB Photo Club has launched the 2026 Open Photography Competition. The theme for 2026 is “Light and Shadow”.
The overall winner of the competition will receive a prize of 50 Euros and a specially designed certificate. 2nd and 3rd place entries will receive a certificate. The top three entries will receive their awards at a special presentation event.
The entry fee is 10 Euros and for this, entrants can submit up to 2 photographs. All proceeds go towards the running of AIKB. This competition is open to all, AIKB members and non-members.
Entries can be submitted to the AIKB offices in Gouarec, by post or delivered, from 30 June 2026 until 31 July 2026.
All entries will be displayed in an exhibition in the offices of AIKB (1st floor) from 18 August 2026 until 28 August 2026 inclusive.
Visitors to the exhibition will be able to vote for their favourite three entries from 18 August 2026 until 23 August 2026, the day of the AIKB Summer Fair. In 2025, over 150 people visited the exhibition.
