Success for the first Crochet gathering yesterday during the drop-in afternoon session!
Some of the ladies who attended had never crocheted before and when they left, they were able to make a "swatch" (a practice piece of crochet). The group has agreed to have a WhatsApp chat group called the AIKB Hookers through which they will be able to contact each other to ask questions, give and receive advise, project updates, news....
More participants will be attending the next session on Thursday 3rd April, as many of them were not available yesterday.
