AIKB was originally created to help foreign newcomers, mainly English speakers, with French administration which can sometimes be quite daunting. This covers a large range of subjects, as indicated below:
- helping members with their administrative applications, making telephone calls, arranging appointments
- helping with members' tax returns in France
- applying for a residency permit
- applying for a French driving licence
- registering a vehicle in France
- setting up a business
- applying for planning permission
- applying for health cover
- allowing members to get their applications dealt with in priority thanks to a partnership with CPAM Côtes d'Armor, giving us direct access to CPAM when urgent or priority cases arise.
