16 walkers braved the misty weather at Plussulien and the Quelfenec neolithic site yesterday afternoon. The weather obviously put off several of our 'regulars'. A smaller group climbed the little hill at Quelfenec, where they were very lucky to coincide with a guided group from St Brieuc so were welcomed by local expert Nicolas - complete with actual dolomite-headed axe and adze, which they were encouraged to try for themselves - a really fascinating treat!
After another misty walk back to Plussulien, Dale welcomed the group to tea and choccy biscuits at his home - a nice social time to complete a very enjoyable outing, despite the slightly inclement weather. Many thanks to Dale for contributing and leading the walk!
